Thank you for visiting my site and seeing my work.
My name is Elza Babiner and I began my journey into the world of antiques more than 20 years ago working for one of the Antique Restoration companies in Los Angeles.
I really enjoy what I do, bringing history back to life in its original form. Antique Restoration has been my passion for many years now and I hope you see it in my work.
My specialty is invisible restoration, focusing on porcelain, ceramics, enamel, paintings, picture frames, marble, gold leaf, fresco, fine wood objects and more. I also work a lot with paintings, cleaning, retouching and varnishing of various art objects.
My clients primarily are private collectors but I also work with Antique Shops, Resellers, various studios and artists.
All work is done with individual attention
… carefully considering just the right approach to ensure that art objects remain part of the original time period.
My portfolio is fairly extensive and I can provide references upon request.
